Women remain underrepresented in elected and appointed office across America. ReflectUS has launched an intervention in Dallas County, TX. With the help of the ReflectUS coalition members, women will have access to training and support on seeking public office at the local level.

ReflectUS Training – Powered by APAICS Women’s Collective

ReflectUS will host a 1-hour workshop via webinar, powered by APAICS, to introduce AAPI women on how to kickstart their campaigns. This workshop is an introductory course to help women do a 360-degree assessment as well as walk participants through the steps of creating a checklist to kickstart their campaigns.

ReflectUS Campaign Training – Powered by Vote Run Lead

ReflectUS will host an abbreviated version of Vote Run Lead’s signature proprietary, nonpartisan, comprehensive training program, Run As You Are. It is an intersectional, gendered approach to leadership development, built by local elected officials and gender and leadership experts.
